Am I above Google’s modelling threshold?
Consent Mode’s advanced mode only earns its keep above volume thresholds that Google publishes. Below them, it recovers nothing that basic mode would not. This checker tells you which side you are on, from your two figures.
Where to find your two figures In Google Ads: the last 7 days of clicks, broken down by country, and take your best country (the threshold applies per domain and country pairing, not to the total). In GA4: daily active users, on average. Two minutes in each interface.
What this checker verifies, and what it cannot
The thresholds used are those published by Google: conversion modelling in Google Ads activates from 700 ad clicks over 7 days for a single domain and country pairing, and GA4’s behavioural modelling requires roughly 1,000 consenting daily users, plus an equivalent daily volume of consent-denied events that only GA4 measures. These thresholds can move: this page is checked by our maintenance routine, and the date below is the proof.
What the checker cannot see: the quality of your wiring. A badly deployed advanced mode sends data before the visitor has chosen, which is the worst of both worlds. And properly collected consent can be badly transmitted with no dashboard flagging it: that is the subject of our article on tracking that lies in silence.
The full reasoning behind these thresholds is set out in our article Consent Mode v2: advanced mode may be doing nothing for you. It belongs to our data, analytics and performance practice. A doubt about your case? Let’s talk.
Your figures never leave your browser: the calculation happens on this page, nothing is sent or stored. Thresholds verified on 9 August 2026.
