These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the legal framework governing the way Dotsland.com makes the website and its services available, and define the conditions under which the “User” may access and use those services.

Any registration on or use of the website implies acceptance of these Terms by the User, without reservation or restriction. When registering on the website through the registration form, each user expressly accepts these Terms by ticking the box preceding the following text: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and I accept them”.

If the User does not accept the Terms set out in this agreement, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the website.

ARTICLE 2: Access to the website

Any event caused by force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the website or server, and subject to any interruption or modification for maintenance purposes, does not engage the liability of Dotsland.com. In such cases, the User accepts that no claim will be made against the publisher for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.
